My love for fitness is not something new. I grew up watching my parents indulged in a vigorous fitness regime and I just followed the same. The only difference is I decided to move further and uploading my videos on the internet under the name of Frank Michael. I simply love staying fit and want to initiate a program to spread awareness about the benefits of staying healthy. Hopefully, my videos have been helping a small community.
